The staff of Camp Dunamis is a racially diverse group of leaders who come primarily from the churches represented. Many campers return in their high school years to be junior counselors and many junior counselors return as adults to be senior counselors.

Other staff roles include musicians, rock climbing instructors, chapel speakers, nurses, videographers, prayer team members, program directors, etc.

The planning of camp occurs each year by a team of directors who are lead by Executive Director, Denise Tamminga. Denise has been serving as Camp Dunamis Director since 1993. She is also a wife, a mother and The Director of Equipping Ministries at Rosewood Christian Reformed Church, in Bellflower.

We are always eager to enfold new staff whom have a heart for racial reconciliation.
