Any youth entering the 7th or 8th grade from all cultures. Those entering 9th grade must send in this registration form along with a 9th Grade Special Permission Contract in order to attend camp. 9th graders will automatically be put on a waiting list until June 1 and then will be accepted in the order their paperwork was received. |
